Enjoy a hearty breakfast at leisure before making your way to the motorhome depot this morning. After your orientation session, it's time to hit the open road and head for Wyoming.
You'll travel in the shadows of the Rocky Mountains as you make your way through spectacular scenery to your first campsite in the tiny town of Guernsey, situated near the Fort Laramie National Historic Site. Be sure to stop at Cheyenne on the Colorado/Wyoming border. This is the nation's rodeo capital, so the perfect place to hit the western wear shops and kit yourself out for your holiday.

Make a stop in sleepy Deadwood on your way and stretch your legs with a walking tour of this wild west town. Be sure to visit Moriah Cemetery, the final resting place of Wild Bill Hickok and Calamity Jane. Pop into in the Midnight Star Saloon, owned by Kevin Costner and view the memorabilia from the movie, Dances With Wolves, filmed in the region.
Continue your journey through the deep narrow gorge of Spearfish Canyon and pass the picturesque town of Sundance (where the Sundance Kid was once imprisoned) before you view eerie Devil's Tower looming in the distance. Rising above the grasslands like a rocky sentinel, tribes have worshipped near this remarkable geologic formation for thousands of years.

You'll see the silver peaks of this mountain range cut into the blue sky as you approach this incredible national park. Full of valleys, lakes, rivers, forest and wildlife, this park also has a rich cultural history with old homesteads and cattle ranches. Be sure to take a cruise on Jenny Lake and also hike up a short trail that leads past Hidden Falls to Inspiration Point, where you'll enjoy unsurpassed views of the Grand Tetons.
In nearby Jackson, enjoy the Rodeo, stroll through the historic square, visit the eclectic boutiques or pop into the famous Million Dollar Cowboy Bar.

Travel in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains and the Wind River Indian Reservation, home to the Shoshone and the Northern Arapaho tribes, before arriving at your campsite in Lander.
Take a break on the way in the cowboy town of Dubois. Visit the grave site of Sacagawea and learn about this famous Lemhi Shoshone woman. At the age of sixteen, she aided the Lewis and Clark expedition and travelled 4,500 miles by foot, canoe and horse-all while carrying a baby on her back!

Just when you think the scenery can't get any better it does. Welcome to Rocky Mountain National Park. Bursting with glacial lakes, soaring mountains and endless wildlife, this alpine world is yours to explore for three nights. Be sure to drive the Trail Ridge Road which crests over 12,000 feet and makes you feel on top of the world.
Your campsite is set beside a crystal clear lake overlooking lush meadows. If you don't fancy a refreshing dip in the lake, there is a heated pool on site (open seasonally).

Breathe in that mountain air one last time. It's a short drive today back to the depot and then a transfer is provided to the airport for your return flight.
