After a motorhome orientation session you are free to hit the road. On the way to Kingman - the Heart of Route 66, you'll pass by Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Completed in 1935, the dam was the largest in the world at the time, now this National Historic Landmark stores enough water to irrigate 2 million acres and is a major tourist attraction.
Kingman is a nostalgic Route 66 town crammed with historic buildings and quirky Route 66 attractions. Pop into the local Route 66 diner for a chilled root beer and ice cream sundae before you hook up for the evening.

Cruise in the shadow of the Aquarius and Juniper Mountains on route to one of the Seven Wonders of the World - The Grand Canyon. Be sure to break your journey in the slightly weird and sleepy Route 66 town of Seligman.
At the Grand Canyon you'll be camping amid the stunning scenery of the most beautiful natural phenomena on earth. Located in Glen Canyon Recreational area, this man-made 186 mile long lake offers sandy beaches and cool-blue water against a backdrop of dramatic red-rock scenery. Jump on a boat trip to Rainbow Bridge, or explore many of its canyons and sand dunes. With a shoreline longer than the whole western coast of the continental United States, Lake Powell offers adventure for everyone. Nearby, on Navajo Land you'll discover Antelope Canyon one of the most photographed Slot Canyons in the USA.

Hit the wide open roads for your next overnight stop at Capitol Reef National Park, in the heart of Utah. It's pretty much scenic highways all the way. Be sure to pull over and explore Goblin State Park. This strange and colourful landscape is filled with bizarre rock formations that look like a huge gathering of goblins.
Your visit to Capitol Reef National Park guarantees a surreal adventure. Drive alongside the massive sandstone formations and towering arches. Park up your motorhome and discover ancient writings and remote Slot Canyons. Enjoy gentle hikes along trails that ascend to view points above natural bridges and other scenic wonders.

Zion is Utah's oldest national park and is know for its incredible canyons and jaw-dropping vistas. Arrive in the park early afternoon, park up the motorhome and enjoy a gentle hike to the Emerald Pools or Weeping Rock. For the more adventurous check out Angel's Landing or The Narrows.

It's a short, easy drive back to Las Vegas to drop off your motorhome and catch an early evening flight back home. Not in a hurry?
